PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Know what
to expect.

Will my visit be free?

Some plans cover eligible nutrition visits with no out-of-pocket cost. Others apply a copay, deductible, or coinsurance. We cannot guarantee a $0 visit; your specific benefits must be checked.

Do I need a referral?

Requirements depend on your insurance, diagnosis, and service. Medicare and some other plans may require a referral. Our team can help you understand what to request from your medical provider.

What if I’m paying without insurance?

Self-pay options are available. Contact our team for current visit pricing and payment details before scheduling.

Does insurance cover GLP-1 medications?

Nutrition visit coverage is separate from medication coverage. Your insurance plan and prescribing clinician can help you understand your medication benefits.
